Contact Your Previous Vet:
If your pet has seen another veterinarian, request a copy of their medical records, including vaccine history, past treatments, and any ongoing care.
Gather Key Details:
Bring information about your pet’s current medications, prescription diets, and any health concerns you’ve noticed.

When You Arrive
From the moment you step through our doors, you and your pet will be in good hands.
- Warm Welcome: You’ll be greeted by one of our friendly client service representatives (CSRs) who will check you in and make sure you have everything you need.
- Fear Free Care: We’ll escort you and your pet to a cozy exam room, where our veterinarian will perform a gentle, nose-to-tail examination. We take pride in our Fear Free Certified approach, which means we use techniques to minimize stress and keep your pet comfortable throughout their visit.
- Expert Advice: After the exam, your veterinarian will discuss any findings, answer your questions, and work with you to create a personalized care plan for your pet.

Telemedicine: Pet Care No Matter Where You Are
We use Airvet to do virtual re-check exams, post-ops, call-backs, and to provide you access to a veterinarian when you need immediate help after hours. Telemedicine is only available for patients with a current annual physical exam. Depending on your pet’s specific condition, we may still recommend an in-person appointment in the event a physical examination or diagnostic testing is needed to diagnose a patient.
